Prints are generally made to order – please enter the pieces you are interested in (including the size option if applicable) plus the postal address if not being collected from Twickenham or Pelirocco, and I will send you the price and payment details.

You are welcome to come and view the art in person at my studio in Twickenham where I also have a secured card reader and a range of frames to choose from.

All data is encrypted and I will never share or store your information. 

Please check your junk mail if you do not hear back from me in 2 or 3 days as my replies from here seem to end up going there!

    VIEW / COLLECT IN PERSON OR HAVE ITEMS POSTED

    Most of my prints are printed to order but I do keep some in stock, you are welcome to come and view prints in the flesh at my studio in Twickenham, equally if you are local you can safely collect your ordered items – please contact me directly using the form above to arrange a time.  I can also securely take debit and credit card payments from my studio.

    POSTAGE

    A flat fee of £10 UK postage and packing on all prints and posters, £20 for international.   All items are sent from UK with tracking. Because of the wide range of sizes and formats in other categories, delivery prices for these are on request using the form above. Combined postage can be arranged where possible.

    NB: Everything in the Merchandise section of this site is ordered through, manufactured and delivered independently by a third party, not Jem Panufnik Art, and is therefore subject to that chosen partner’s own prices, postage, terms and conditions.     COVID & BREXIT

    In these unstable times every effort is taken for safety and value, not just by me but also by my printers and my couriers.  Artwork will be safely packaged and dispatched in accordance to government guidelines and with an eye to acceptable administration and cost.

    Needless to say many services are constantly affected and there may be some delay in the printing, dispatch and delivery of orders – plus of course the potential rise of cost, I will endeavour to keep you updated with your item’s progress but please allow some leeway.

    PAYMENT

    All prices are offered and sold in GB pounds sterling only. Once your request has been submitted and the postage calculated, buyers will be offered to purchase via Paypal or bank transfer. The full amount must be paid and received before the item will be dispatched. Unless otherwise stated pieces will be shipped via Royal Mail/Parcel Force UK with tracking.

    PLEASE BE AWARE: Any bank charges or currency conversion charges are at the expense of the buyer. Some countries will charge duty on imports over a certain value and it is solely the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of any such charge and to pay any such cost.

    PACKAGING & FRAMING

    All items will be well-packaged and, unless otherwise stated, the pieces are offered unframed. In most cases the small to medium-sized art prints are sent sealed with smart card mount and backing board or in a poster tube for larger items.  I also offer a bespoke framing service, and some lovely examples can be viewed by arrangement at my Twickenham studio.  Frames cannot be sent in the post.

    DELIVERY TIMES

    Artwork will be dispatched within 14 working days from full payment received, after which time please allow up to 28 days for delivery – please ask if you’re in a hurry.

    CANCELLATION OR RETURNS

    An order may be be cancelled only if the item has not yet been dispatched or the order has not yet triggered a production run, in which case a refund will be paid to the buyer minus a 10% administration charge. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging and at the buyer’s expense and in very exceptional circumstances.  Please make sure you know all you need to about it, and really want it, before ordering.

    LIMITED EDITION PRINTS v POSTERS & MERCHANDISE

    Series that are limited edition are numbered and signed on the front. Unless otherwise stated, the Giclée fine art prints are archive-quality, printed on Hahnemühle German Etching paper. They are the most sensational resolution and vibrant colours available to man and look utterly stupendous. Most merchandise, posters and canvas prints are sent direct from the manufacturer to the client without my input and so are not signed unless requested (and therefore may incur an additional cost as I have to intercept then re-post). Posters, unless otherwise stated, are beautifully printed on quality silky 250gsm paper and of course look stunning.

    Needless to say but I am obliged to say it, whilst every effort is made to represent the products accurately, the colours you see on this site are likely to deviate from the original works because of photographic conditions or the device or monitor you are viewing it on.
